📦 Return and Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please include,

• Your Order Number
• E-mail Address
• Date of receipt of goods
• Reason for return
• Pictures of the damaged item

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Reading Books & Non-Fiction (unless damaged or defective)
• Downloadable digital products
• Discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

 

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

• Contact your bank or card provider

Return Shipping
